Your readers. Our platform.
Clarity was built hardware-agnostic on purpose. It runs on the devices you already own, the ones your incumbent sold you, and the ones you buy next, because the platform should never be the reason you cannot change your mind about hardware.
Named below are the vendors we certify, support, and build alongside.
Hardware outlives software decisions.
Readers get installed once and stay for years. A platform that only works with one manufacturer quietly turns that installation into a switching cost, and the bill arrives at renewal rather than at signature.
Keep what you own
Existing handhelds and fixed readers are brought into scope rather than replaced, which is usually the largest single line a rollout can avoid.
Buy on merit
Choose the next reader on price, coverage, and support instead of on what your software will tolerate.
Mix by use case
Overhead in the stockroom, handhelds on the floor, a tunnel in the DC, from whichever vendor suits each job. One record underneath all of it.
Leave if you want to
Nothing about the hardware layer is proprietary to us. A platform worth keeping should be kept on its merits.
Zebra Technologies.
Our deepest hardware relationship, and the one most of our deployments run on. Clarity Store is certified across the Zebra handheld and sled range that retail actually deploys, we resell Zebra devices alongside the platform, and Clarity was named Most Innovative Solution at Zebra's EMEA SKO and Channel Partner Summit in 2026.
The rest of the fleet.
Every name here is a vendor whose equipment Clarity reads from in live retail environments, grouped by the job it does.
Fixed, overhead, and handheld.
- Impinj R700, R720 and Speedway fixed readers
- Keonn ceiling readers, AdvanCloud, SP11 antennas
- Zebra handhelds, sleds, ATR7000 overhead
- Urovo handhelds and sleds, certification in progress
Tunnels, screens, and tags.

Certification is per device and per operating-system version, and the supported matrix moves with each release. Ask for the current list before you buy anything on the strength of this page.
If it speaks LLRP, we can read it.
Our edge layer implements the Low Level Reader Protocol in full rather than supporting a handful of vendor SDKs. LLRP is the industry standard for fixed UHF readers, so a reader that implements it properly can usually be brought in without waiting for a release from us.
That is what hardware-agnostic means in practice. Not a list of logos, but a protocol implementation that does not care whose badge is on the box.

Three ways this usually works.
We are a small company that would rather integrate than build, so the bar for a conversation is low.
Hardware vendors
Readers, antennas, handhelds, tunnels, printers. If your device speaks LLRP or has a documented SDK, certification is a defined piece of work rather than a research project. We test properly before we say a device is supported, because a name on this page is a commitment to the retailer who reads it.
Systems integrators
Retail SIs and consultancies delivering inventory programs where RFID is one workstream. You own the client relationship and the change management; we bring the platform and the RFID-specific delivery experience.
Solution and channel partners
Resellers and solution providers already selling into retail operations. Clarity is sold alongside hardware more often than not, and the two travel well together.
Complementary software
Fitting-room, self-checkout, loss-prevention, and workforce tools that get better with an accurate item-level record underneath them. Our edge layer is designed to be read from.
The questions we get every time.
Do you sell hardware, or just software?
We already own readers. Will they work?
What if a device is not on the list?
Does being a Zebra partner mean you are locked to Zebra?
How do we start a partner conversation?
Tell us what you build.
Partnerships here are run by people who also run deliveries, so the first conversation tends to be practical rather than commercial.
You get a technical answer
From someone who can answer technical questions, not a partner inbox.
A working call
What you make, where it fits, and what integration would actually involve.
Then a real test
Nothing gets called supported until it has been proven in a live environment.
The best proof is your own fleet.
Bring the readers you already own to a free POC and find out what they can do with a platform that was not built to make you replace them.
