A pilot across three Nordic stores turned inventory guesswork into item-level visibility, and into a case for going further.
The Challenge
Lager 157 has grown fast on product, price, and word-of-mouth trust rather than traditional marketing. That kind of trust depends on the basics: the right size, color, and style being on the shelf when a customer wants it. Manual stock counts were not keeping up.

The pilot gave us a completely different level of visibility into our stock, down to the individual item. That’s exactly the insight we want as we plan our next stores.

The Pilot
Between August and October 2025, Lager 157 and ClarityRFID ran a pilot of Clarity Store across three stores: Naestved (Denmark), Nacka (Sweden), and Raisio (Finland), replacing manual counts with real-time, item-level RFID visibility.

Lager 157 has built a fast-growing business on getting the basics right for its customers. The pilot showed what item-level inventory visibility can do for a business like theirs.

The Results
Stock accuracy reached as high as 98-99.8%. SKU accuracy climbed as high as 97% in participating stores. (Present these two numbers as large stat tiles, side by side, matching the LinkedIn stat-card style.)
What’s Next
Lager 157 and ClarityRFID are now working to bring Clarity Store into production across Lager 157’s wider store network.
