# ClarityRFID > ClarityRFID is a retail RFID software and professional services company. Its > platform gives retailers an accurate, item-level view of every product they > own, from the distribution center to the store floor. It is live in 9,000+ > stores across 70+ countries, has tracked 2B+ items, and reaches 99.5% > item-level inventory accuracy in production against roughly 70% for retailers > counting manually. ClarityRFID operates under Volaris Group (Constellation > Software) and is based in Bentonville, Arkansas. ClarityRFID sells two offerings that write to one item-level record. Clarity Supply Chain audits cartons and pallets from packing to receipt, so a mis-pack is caught at the dock rather than by a store manager three days later. Clarity Store puts item-level RFID on the handheld in a store colleague's hand: counting, replenishment, omnichannel fulfillment, receiving, locating and pricing. Both are hardware-agnostic across the major reader manufacturers and reconcile against the retailer's existing ERP and WMS in real time rather than replacing either. Clarity holds its own item-level data layer, so a proof of concept can run before any integration work begins. Pricing is per store, per month. Handheld devices are included, so counting more does not cost more; fixed readers add a small uplift where a retailer chooses to install them. A 30-day proof of concept in one or two stores is offered at no hardware or software cost for qualifying retailers. Average time from proof of concept to full production deployment is 28 days. ## Products - [Clarity Store](https://clarityrfid.com/clarity-store): Item-level RFID for the sales floor and stockroom. Stock counts including a non-RFID count for untagged ranges, smart replenishment built from the gaps actually on the floor, omnichannel and BOPIS fulfillment against a live count, receiving against ASN, Locate for missing items, markdowns and label printing. Runs on handheld and web with role-based permissions. - [Clarity Supply Chain](https://clarityrfid.com/clarity-supply-chain): Carton-level RFID from packing to receipt. The manifest is built as the carton is filled, audited at speed or at precision, with a traceable event history. - [Professional Services](https://clarityrfid.com/professional-services): Deployment, integration, store floorplan and RF design, and a named specialist who stays with the account. - [Integrations](https://clarityrfid.com/integrations): ERP, WMS, warehouse automation and reader hardware. - [Hardware agnostic](https://clarityrfid.com/hardware-agnostic): Reader choice stays with the retailer. One documented exception: printer encoding, which prints a label and encodes the tag in one pass, currently requires a specific printer model and GS1 registration. ## Evidence and figures Each figure below is published on the site with its source stated next to it. - 99.5% item-level inventory accuracy in production, against roughly 70% for retailers counting manually.
